I'm familiar with Marugame Seimen, and this time I visited their Autumn Udon Moon Viewing Festival. I had the "Moon Beef Sukiyaki Kamatama 640 yen" and the usual "Chicken Tempura". I usually only go on the 1st, which is half price kamaage day, but when I occasionally have this kind of udon, I am reminded just how delicious Marugame Seimen is. The flavor was strong, the beef was tender, and the portion was generous. Delicious!!
