岡山県中西部の総社市、山手地区にある備中国分寺にほど近いエリアのラーメン店です。
以前もラーメン店がありましたが、そこそこ賑わっているように感じていましたが、いつの間にか閉店。
最近オープンしているよ、との奥さん情報により初訪問です。
土曜日の12時30分過ぎで駐車場は６割ほどの入りと賑わっています。
券売機にて中華そば600円を、奥さんはネギラーメン700円を注文です。
オープンして間がないためか、空き席への誘導など、ぎこちなさを感じます。
肝心のラーメンは岡山スタンダードともいえる醤油豚骨に感じましたが、後半は魚介の風味が増してきました。
中細のストレート麺に脂身少な目のチャーシュー、刻みネギにメンマの組み合わせです。
ただ、なにか物足りなさを感じます。（十分美味しいのですが。）
ちなみに空揚げや餃子は品切れになっていました。
混雑対策でしょうか。
また、食後の片付けはセルフです。
