日曜日、奥さんと車試乗しに岡山市内へ。
移動が自分の車だったんで、道中で大型の車止められるお店検討してこのお店へ。
以前のお店には数回行ったか、それほど通いたいお店じゃなかったけど、駐車場が広いんで利用した記憶が。
新店が開店してるのは通りすがりに確認して気になってました。
食べログ見てると近くに蕎麦屋も出来てる、気になるけど駐車場優先でこのお店へ。
券売機で食券購入後、なんの案内も無く、そのまま空席に着席。
ここから放置プレー、奥さんが店員さんに声かけてやっと注文通りました。
奥さんは中華そば、自分は煮干らーめん注文。
10分ほど待って奥さん中華そばから着丼。
先に奥さんの中華そばのスープを一口。
ん〜〜薄い、旨味が薄い。
自分の煮干らーめんのスープ一口。
こっちの方がマシか、煮干でちょっと出汁濃くなってる。
奥さんがラーメンに胡椒大量投入してるの初めて見ました(笑)
自分もニンニク唐辛子？投入、ちょっと良くなったか。
冨士麺ず工房の経営みたいだけど、スープもうちょっと頑張ってもらいたい。
