今日は美味しいパンを買いに行ってきましたよ、場所は総社市中央にある「パティスリー＆ブーランジェリー 杏」さんです。10時半訪問、先客なしです。
パンは3種しかないのかな、私は購入したものは「くるみとクランベリーのリュスティック（302円）」「うめじゃこ（421円）」「桃のリース（378円）」です。早速自宅に持ち帰り頂きましたよ。
リュスティックは見た目ハード系ですが全体的にしっとり食感、くるみとクランベリーが入ってオーソドックスな味わいです。うめじゃこ、外かわカリカリ、中はしっとり梅と雑魚の風味がします。このパンは焼きすぎですね、焦げた時の苦味がありましたよ、このパンはないかな．．．。桃のリースはドーナツ形状、中は桃のジャムかな？ 白桃の甘い味わいが素敵です。このパンが一番好みの味わいでした。
