It was cold in the morning, but during the day it was sunny without a cloud in the sky. On the way, we stopped for lunch at Trattoria Noi, an Italian restaurant that opened last fall. I ordered B lunch, and Ribollita came first.It's a vegetable soup to eat.The vegetable stock is strong and the sweetness of the pumpkin is strong. The gratin was made with cod milt and spinach, and the milt had a strong sweetness, and it went well with the spinach.
