食べ始め、スープだけ飲んだときは辛くて咽せましたが、麺と絡めて食べる分には程よい辛さでした。ピリ辛テイストで、辛いの苦手な自分でも大丈夫でした。
鯖の風味にピリ辛のマー油。なんとも不思議な味です。もちろん良い意味で。
鬼ぼししかり、魚介系はあっさりより超絶濃厚にした方が自分は好きです。
