岡山県の中西部総社市のラーメン店です。
オープンして半年ほどで落ち着いたかなと初訪問。
月曜日の１３時前で駐車場は半分ほどの空き。
入口左手の券売機にて中華そば７８０円を、奥さんはつけ麺１０００円を注文。
お冷はセルフです。
ベースは鶏ガラだと思いますが、中華そばは鯖清湯となっていましたので、サバ節で取った出汁かなと勝手に思っています。
実に旨い！
かえしの醤油の旨さでしょうか、鶏油とのバランスでしょうか。
スパイシー感もあって、レア気味のチャーシュー２枚との組み合わせも満足。
中細の麺も滑らかな舌触りで満足でした。
奥さんのつけ麺は平打ち麺。
マー油ではなく、ラー油を選択しましたが、酸味強めのタイプ。
こちらの組み合わせは自分は苦手なものです。
次回はどろ鯖系かな。
