2023年3月にオープンしたおにぎりさんぽ食堂。
30代くらいの女性がシェアショップefを間借りして毎週火曜日に営業しています。
結婚を機に総社に住んでますが知り合いがほとんど居ない。
何か始めたいって思い始めて2ヶ月でオープンしたそう。
ご自身がおにぎり大好きなので、おにぎり屋を。
土鍋で炊くのを何回も試作して研究、ツヤツヤご飯が炊けるように。
２つの土鍋5合炊きをフル回転して3升のご飯を準備。
1人営業なので落ち着いて対応するために完全予約制になってます。
おにぎりの具材も予約してました。
豚汁セットには、具沢山豚汁、漬物、おから煮が付きます。
大根の漬物の横にある物、とってもおいしかったんですが、なんと、ゴーヤの佃煮！
沖縄からわざわざゴーヤを取り寄せて作ってる。
おでんは単品で販売されてます。
明るい店主さんの雰囲気で和やかな場所になってます。
8月に会ったばかりで意気投合した友人がお手伝いスタッフされてます。
駐車場は駅の有料Pを使いました。
