個人的に一反木綿うどんと命名した
随分と寒くなり温かいうどんが食べたくなる
かけ(並)つゆだくで注文 ナス天とワカメお結びをチョイス
お結びは主人と半分こで
熱々の甘めの出汁につるっとした細めのうどん
啜ると喉越しもよくあったかいお汁とよく絡み 体がポカポカしてくる
うどんは時々平たい端っこが入っていて 一反木綿のようだと お椀の中で箸で泳がせては楽しんでおります
最初は汚れのない汁で途中から天ぷらを汁に入れ少しコクのでた汁がまた旨い
お結びは小さく見えるけど 厚みあり
この辺りでは人気のお店
お会計・呼出受取・お椀返却がほぼ同じ場所が故に 混んでくると混沌とするのが難点です
