吉井川の堤防下にあり、犬の散歩コースにあるうどん屋さんです。
初めて食べた時はうどんがモチモチ過ぎて、あまり美味いとは思わなかった。
その分腹持ちが良くて、夕方まで腹が空かなかった。
今は外国産の小麦粉を混ぜたうどんに舌が慣れてしまったが、昔はこういううどんが経済的だったんだろうなぁ。
☆注文したのは
*鴨ネギぶっかけうどん
うどんが茶色でちょっとざらっぽくて、舌ざわりはあまり良くない。
小さい頃に家で食べていた自家製のうどんを思い出した。
*どどめせおにぎり 1個
「どどめせ」は「どぶろくめし」の意味、炊き込みご飯にどぶろく（にごり酒）を混ぜた炊き込み寿司で、備前ばら寿司の元祖です。
こちらも子供の頃に、秋の採り入れがが終わった後の祭りで食べた記憶が・・。
どちらも懐かしい味でした。
