店内は、カウンター席、テーブル席、座敷とあり、落ち着く雰囲気のお店作りを考えています。豚骨を主体としたしゅうゆスープ、昔ながらのあっさりの中に旨みを残した岡山源流の味です。 黄色の看板とちょうちんが目印です。 |
13:30に初訪問です。先客は2名。
中華そば660円を注文します。
レンゲが袋に入っていたり、割りばしが袋にはいり、逆さになっていたりと、しっかりとコロナ対策をされています、
3分強で着丼。
岡山ラーメンらしい味付けですが、醤油のとげがなく優しい。
竹はいたって普通のようですが、味付けが自然でスープに良く合います。
そして、チャーシューも薄目が三枚ですが、いい感じの歯応えで味がスープにあいますね。
具がスープと一体化しているのは、それをしっかりと考えて具材を扱かわれているのでしょう。
麺はかなりの細麺でツルツル系、具材に気をつかいながら、残念ながらスープとの絡みが良くありません。麺自体は悪くないのですが。。
あとはワケギがとても変化を加えていていいですね。
ネギ中華そばは、この旨みがでてより美味しいかもしれません。
今度来たら、ネギ中華かな。
