赤磐の誇りのラーメン屋さん
週末の晩ごはんに、赤磐市の中心部、
らぁめん緑屋さんへ初来店。
昔、山陽町と呼ばれていた頃と
同じく、町役場（今は市役所）
中央公民館、図書館、中学校が
近くにある好立地。
以前昼間に寄ろうとしたら、
駐車場は満車に表は20人以上の
行列で断念しました。
この場所には昔、同じ名前の
緑屋さんというパン屋さんが
あったと記憶しています。
そのご家族か関係者の方が、
今のお店をしてるのかも。

ギョーザ450円
タブレットで簡単注文。
ビックリする程のあっさりした
スープは飲みやすい。
中細麺、チャーシュー、メンマ、
ネギのバランスもよくて、
これならリピートされるのも納得。
それ以上にギョーザが美味しくて
感動。出来合いの冷凍ではなく、
ちゃんと餡から作られているのは
嬉しいもの。
赤磐の誇りのラーメン屋さん、
また来ます。

3月最初の週末の土曜日、久しぶりに
母親を連れて晩ご飯へ。
赤磐市の緑屋へ再訪しました。
緑らぁめん1000円
ギョーザ450円
確か緑屋さんって名物あったなって
思い出し、緑らぁめんをチョイス。
器一面にネギが覆われています。
ネギ感たっぷりとスープと、
細い麺が絡んでいます。
思った以上にボリュームもあります。
ギョーザは相変わらずの美味しさで、
オススメです。
