JR倉敷駅より徒歩4分、1948（昭和23）年創業のうどん店「ぶっかけ亭本舗 ふるいち 仲店」さん。
倉敷のソウルフード「ぶっかけうどん」発祥の店と謳うこちらでは、美味しいぶっかけうどんが楽しめるお店です。
お伺いしたのは週末の15時。
待ちなく店内2階席へ案内され、ぶっとろ冷を注文し、トッピングにキムチをお願いしました。
ぶっとろとはぶっかけうどんにとろろを加えた一品で、具材はとろろに天かす、刻み海苔、ネギ、うずらの卵、生姜、わさびと行った構成です。
これをよーくかき混ぜて完成！
あとは勢いよく啜るのみ。
うどんは少し太めのタイプで、もちもちとして伸びのある美味しいうどんですね！濃いめのつゆとよく絡み、生姜のアクセントと天かすの食感が加わり美味いです。
とろろのとうずらの卵のおかげで啜り心地がアップし、トッピングしたキムチの甘辛さも相待って夢中で啜ればあっという間に完食！
ぶっかけうどん発祥の諸説は色々ありますが、それを差し引いても美味しいぶっかけうどんであることは間違いないです。
