倉敷美観地区 倉敷川から1本北側筋。三宅商店、桜草の隣(東側)にあります。
白壁の館を入ると、カウンター席、テーブル席が数席あります。
今日は会社の新人さんとの親睦会のため、予約をして来ました。部屋は奥の個室。
何ともステキな個室です。美しい中庭を眺めながら食事が出来ます。
お料理は限定10食和食懐石セット10品。
飲み物は各自好きなものを別に注文します。

前菜
野菜中心のヘルシーな前菜
お刺身3種盛り
瀬戸内の新鮮なお魚をお刺身で。
煮物
あら煮。身がホロホロで味はしっかりと染みています。
抜群の美味しさでした。白ご飯が欲しくなりました。
焼き物
外の皮はパリッと、中はしっとり、焼き加減が良かったです。
揚げ物
天ぷら盛り合わせ。揚げ物を頂くとビールの進み具合が速くなります。
お鍋
黄ニラの出汁鍋。 出汁に黄ニラが入って出て来ました。そこに生卵が出て来て、それをといて、鍋が沸騰したところへ入れます。あっという間に黄ニラを卵が閉じて、出汁ごと頂きます。美味しい！
