観光地の店は割高だし肝心の食事もこれかよというのはよくあるが、そんな感じだった。
シャコの天ぷら、タコの春巻き揚げ、タコのうま煮、海鮮サラダ、だったかな。
量が多いわけでもなく味に満足させるわけでもなく。
しかし客の入りは自粛ゴールデンウィークにもかかわらず良好。
観光客の予算をズバリ的中させてるメニュー構成にあるのかな。
厨房の中の板前連中の態度が店の雰囲気を悪化させることは常識。
若いお運びをうまく育てる教育方法を学ぶべきだ。
