倉敷に実家があり、普段は高知で仕事をしています。１月に実家に帰る機会があり、一念天さんに久しぶりにいって、暖かいうどんを注文しました。麺は腰もあり本当に美味しいのですが、かけ汁のだしが以前よりも薄くなっているような印象を受けました。子供のころはいりこだしのうどん店が多かったのですが、倉敷のうどん店で、いりこだしの味がするお店は、現在は、香川に比べると少なくなっていますが、一念天さんは、いりこ味が強いのが魅力でしたが、薄くなったのが残念です。（その日だけもしれませんが）麺はすばらしいので、次回は、冷たいのを注文するつもりです。
