行列ができる人気店。中華が嫌いな家人が、何を思ったかチャーハンが食べたいと言う。開店前に到着したが、いつもながらに行列。15分ほど待って入店しました。
今日は台湾ラーメンは頼まず、チャーハン、餃子、四川風麻婆豆腐に蒸し鶏を。
はい、全体的に味が濃いですね。良くも悪くも、いわゆる街中華の味。麻婆豆腐、蒸し鶏はボリュームたっぷり。複数人で取り分ける量です。味についてはやはり塩辛く単調。もっと繊細さが欲しいところですね。まあ大衆の好みには合致しているのでしょうけど。
