高級感あふれる蟹料理
奥さんのおばさんがスポンサーになってくれるというので、めったに無い高級なランチに来ました
店内に入ると、まず水槽に目がいきました
毛ガニがこちらを向いてたので「これがお出迎え？」と思い1枚撮りました
ちょうど12時過ぎに来てしまったので、30分待ちと言われましたが 平日ですが休日なので待つことにしました
ゆったりした待合にはメニューが置かれており、その間にゆっくり料理を決めることができました
さすが高級店・・良く考えられてます。
言われたとおり30分で呼ばれましたが、通されたのは2階の個室でした
ランチでこれは ラッキーではないのか？
個室は 掘りごたつ式の和室で、昼なのに酒が飲みたくなるような雰囲気だ
和服のお姉さんが丁寧に接客してくれるので、ランチの値段でこれなら、相当安いと思う
料理は できた順に持ってくる
蟹グラタンは ｸﾘｰﾑが濃厚で フレンチのような味
天ぷらは もう少しからっと揚がっていれば最高だと思います。85点
吸い物は 蟹が入っていて味も良い！
蟹シューマイも具がタップリ
蟹太巻きが 少し気に入らなかった点で、美味しいのだけれど・・・
和食で、それも蟹専門店で、マヨネーズ味は無いんじゃないかな・・・
確かに 蟹とマヨネーズは合うけれど、これでは蟹カマボコと同じ味で かにの身がかわいそうだ
色々やってみて これが一番美味しいと 出た結果だろうが、庶民受け狙いすぎなのでは？
でも、接客も良いし、高評価を出したいと思いました
