コロナ禍ということで個室で頂ける倉敷甲羅本店さんまでランチにやって来ました。岡山甲羅本店さんの方が自宅から近いのですが今回は未訪問の倉敷甲羅さんを選択です！
個室が多い甲羅さんはコロナ禍でも大人気ですね、予約時間は2巡目の13時半になりました。少し早く着いて10分前に個室に案内頂きました。
ちょっと豪華にかに会席の風月を注文、まずは先附で冷たいビールを頂きましょう。蟹の酢の物の他に小鉢3品、どれも繊細な味わいですね。蟹の刺身は久々に頂きましたが甘みがしっかりですね、トロトロの身も絶品です^^
ずわいステーキは野菜と一緒に焼き上げます、蟹身は焼くと甘みと香ばしさがしっかりですね。蟹の甲羅焼きにはカニ味噌がしっかり、うずら卵を混ぜ込んで頂くと言いしれぬ美味みが口中に広がります(*^^*)
蟹グラタンはクリームの甘味に蟹身が溶け込んで柔らかい味わい、蟹焼売は大きなサイズ、軟らかく蒸し上げています。茶碗蒸しは熱々、追加のビールがしっかり進みます！
蟹の天ぷらは衣でしっかり旨味を閉じ込めていますね、繊細な松葉ガニを堪能できます。会席の食事は蟹雑炊、量がしっかりありますね、茶碗2杯分あります^^;
食後には林檎のシャーベット＆烏龍茶を頂きながら暫しまったり．．．久々のかに会席に大満足ですミ[ﾟ∀ﾟ]ミ
