倉敷で昔からあるラーメン屋さん。
第一又一は駅前にあるのですが、夜しか開いてなく(^^;
第二又一さんは、お昼のみの営業で。
有名なのは知っていましたが、今回初めて行ってきました(^^)
週末のお昼時、若干の行列が。
地元の方が家族連れで｡
ちょっとだけ待って入店｡
カウンター席の一番奥で、特製ラーメンを。
チャーシューが4枚、茹で玉子のスライス、もやしにかまぼこ。
たぶん、チャーシューともやしがちょっと多いんでしょうね。
麺は、中くらいの太さで、丸みのあるストレート麺。
岡山のラーメンでは珍しいかと。
スープは、豚骨醤油。
岡山市内の昔ながらの豚骨醤油ラーメンより、少し濃い目の色と濃さで。
チャーシューも、昔ながらにハード系で、味付けもしっかり。
きっと、ご飯と一緒に食べても、美味しいラーメンだと思います(*^^*)
