数年ぶりに倉敷上陸。
さて、ランチはどうしようか。
考えているとこちらのお店をチェックしているのを思い出した。
よし、行ってみよう。
大量の観光客とは真逆の方向へ進み、商店街の端っこにお店発見。
いやあ、老舗感あふれる外観がよろしおすなあ。
休日の13 時すぎ訪問。8名の先客さんがいてはりました。
厨房向きカウンター席と壁向きカウンターが計11席背中合わせの店内。いやあ、狭い（笑）。
巨体の方はダイエットしてから来てくださいな。
壁に張り出してあるメニューから、チャーシュー増しの「特製そば800円」を注文しました。
先客さんたち、黙々と食べています。麺との対話に言葉はいらぬ。ステキです。
しばらく待って出てきた特製そば。
漆黒のスープがかっこええなあ。
さっそくスープをズズッとやろうとしましたが、レンゲは無いのです。
ドンブリがレンゲということで、ドンブリを持ってズズッ。
おおー、醤油の存在感しっかりな味わい。
無骨な醤油味と表現しましょうか。なかなか旨かったです。
麺は細ストレート麺。
丸い断面のパツッと切れる食感がいいですね。
昔ながらのラーメンにたまにあるタイプでした。
チャーシューは4枚あり。均一ではない切り方なので、一枚一枚の食感や味が微妙に違うところがおもしろいな。
食べるのが楽しかったです。
“健康によいのでスープは残さず飲んでください”てな内容の張り紙がありましたが、塩分が気になってオッサンには無理でしたー。
なかなか独特なラーメンでした。
次回はサイドメニューもいきますか。
美豚丼（ヴィトンドン）なんてシャレた名前の丼。気になるなあ。
