倉敷市中庄のお好み焼きレストランです。
奥さんのリクエストで、前から気になっていたこちらにお邪魔しました。
初訪問です。
土曜日の12時30分ごろの入店ですが、満席に近い感じで賑わっています。
定食類も多いようですが、この日はお好み焼きモードなので鉄板の席にお願いしました。
豚肉、イカ、エビのセット830円にソバ150円を、奥さんは餅明太子とソバを注文です。
関西風なので、自分で焼くと注文です。
待つこと3分くらいでしょうか、さすがに時間はかかりません。
鉄板の火力も強いようで、かなり硬い焼き加減になってしまいました。(^_^;)
マヨネーズは小袋で、テーブル上は鰹節と青海苔にソースが2種類です。
