It's gradually becoming more spring-like, but it was cold today (--;) I want to eat something warm! So I went to Washuzan in Kojima. It was an hour before closing time, but they welcomed me warmly. The interior of the restaurant is designed in the style of a sumo stable, and the tables are spaced far apart. This time, I didn't order a course, but instead ordered a single Chanko nabe (Seafood topping). When it was brought to me, I thought, "Is this enough for two people?!" It was so full of ingredients that I thought, "Is this enough for two people?!" When I tried it, it was delicious with a light chicken broth and soy sauce, and the broth from the ingredients added to it ( ˆΟˆ ) I added Tempura chicken and finished off with Ramen! I also had octopus tempura rolled omelette and salted cabbage with delicious sauce! It was delicious, but it may be a bit pricey for a single dish. Next time, I'd like to order a course!
