Today I went to have a delicious lunch at Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in Nitta, Kurashiki City. Visited at 11am, this was my second visit today. Order a special lunch of your choice for 1,980 yen, and my son's choice of lunch for 1,320 yen. The contents include special loin, umami short ribs, skirt steak, tongue, tofu, wakame soup, kimchi, rice, and ginger ale. My son's meat was umami short ribs, pork belly, and halibut, and his drink was oolong tea. Our sauce is a little bland, but that's because we want you to enjoy the natural flavor of the meat. The wakame soup contained yuzu and was very delicious. As for the meat, the special sirloin is definitely the most delicious, but the flavor of the skirt steak may be a little different to my liking.
