妻と一緒にランチをいただきに「DADACCO」さんにやってきました。
倉敷駅近く、以前にデパートの天満屋さんがあり、現在は駐車場になっている付近の商店街の通り沿いにあります。
新しいお洒落なお店です。
駄々っ子という飲食店があったのを記憶しているのですが、新装開店されたのでしょうか？
妻は月曜日はとんぺいランチの日替わりランチ@680円、ご飯とお味噌汁がついています。
プラス100円でデザートを追加しました。
私はしおソースの焼きそばランチ@780円を豚肉でお願いしました。
因みに焼きそばは、豚肉の他に海鮮がチォイスできます、それにご飯とお味噌汁を付けてもらいました。
フルーティーで少し甘めのドレッシングがかかったサラダをいただくと、間もなく料理が登場、どちらも鉄板の上でジュージューと食欲をそそる音をあげ、あっつあつの状態です。
とんぺいは、ややこぶりながら厚みがあります。
ネギがたっぷりトッピングされ、ヘラで切り分けると玉子がトローリと溢れ出しました。
ハフハフしながらいただくと、濃厚なソースが良くあって美味しいです。
焼きそばは、具材が大きめにカットされ、食感が良いですね。
注文を受けてから茹でるという麺がモチモチ、ツルツルのシコシコでこれまた美味しい、どちらも完成度の高い一品です。
ご飯とお味噌汁は、二人で１セットで良かったかな？、特に焼きそばは、量的にも満足感がありました。
デザートのバニラアイスで舌をスッキリさせ、今日のランチは終了です。
