ワタリガニ大好きなんですよ！その中でも美味しいと評判の瀬戸内のワタリガニが食べたくてお願いしました
ワタリガニは身が甘いってより美味いんだよね、蟹酢も控えめの味付けで蟹の身を引き立ててる
ほぐしてなかったら一番下の足の身をむしゃぶりたかったけど、上品な蟹も良いもんだ
もう１個食べたかったのがシャコ
シャコは岡山の名産なんですよね。この日提供されたシャコは内子を持ってなかったんですけど、内子を孕んだシャコはめっちゃ美味いんよ
このシャコも酢加減が絶妙で美味しかった
ワタリガニはオスもメスも美味いわ
