古民家居酒屋という位置づけのお店に感じましたが、接客のレベルは遥かに上に感じました。
Go To Eat のポイント予算が枯渇するという報道で、慌てて予約です。
今までお店の利益には繋がらず、予約サイトだけが儲かるように感じて、利用していませんでしたが、その分の税金はいづれ払わなくてはいけないのだから、1回は利用しようと予約です。
美観地区入り口交差点手前の路地を駅から見て右に入り、大橋家住宅の隣に在るお店です。
靴を脱いで上がり、掘りごたつの席に案内されました。
奥さんに運転手をお願いしての初訪問で、5000円のコースを予約。
最低レベルという評価も散見される口コミも有りましたが、杞憂に終わりました。
その日の料理の内容、お勧めの日本酒のタイプの知識など、当たり前と言われるかもしれませんが、フロアスタッフのスキルの高さに驚きました。
先付けにサワラの塩たたき、刺身の5点盛り、小魚の唐揚げ（名前失念）、ワタリガニの塩ゆでから始まり、サワラのしゃぶしゃぶ、笠岡のA５和牛と阿波尾鶏の焼物、鯛茶漬け、デザートのカシス風味のアイスクリームの流れでした。
日本酒は強気の価格設定で、近隣の寄島を1合、後は焼酎の伊佐錦と黒亀をロックで注文。
ドライバーの奥さんに感謝して、ほろ酔い気分で美味しく頂けました。
