2020年12月
倉敷警察署で免許証更新の日でしたが、途中にある「寿司勝」でお昼を取ることにしました。
カウンター席は1組2人、テーブル席はほぼ満席だったのでカウンター席に座りました。
カウンター席の向こう側には年配の大将と50歳過ぎに見える若大将の二人。
年配の大将はマスク着用でしたが、若大将はマスクなし。
接客のおばちゃんからおしながきをもらいましたが、1ページ目には刺身定食＠1600円と松花堂＠2700円しかありませんでした。
仕方ないので上にぎり＠1700円、赤だし＠300円を大将に注文。
大将の後ろの壁には木札でお品書きあり。
あなご、あわび、あこう、いくら、うに、えび、おどり、貝柱、さより、しゃこ、すすき、たい、たこ、ちぬ、とち、はまち、ひらめ、まぐろ（赤身）とあります。
上にぎりは、えび、いか、穴子、いくら、まぐろ他。
赤だしには潤菜が入っていました。
他店でよく食べる寿司ランチとは異なる次元の美味しさがありました。
お会計は2000円＋税だったのでGOTOイートのプレミアム付食事券2枚と現金200円で支払いました。
