■ピッツェリアラ・チェネッタ
岡山の倉敷美観地区にあるピッツェリア ラ・チェネッタで夜ご飯してきました。
ミシュランガイドビブグルマン、食べログ百名店を獲得したお店です。
岡山駅からはちょっと歩きます。
この日は予約していきましたが、ほぼ満席。予約しておいたほうが安心ですねー。
■カールスバーグ
生ビールはカールスバーグ。とりあえずごくごく。
ソフトドリンクも充実してるのでノンアルの方でも楽しめそう
■おつまみ盛り
野菜やきのこを中心にお酒に合うおつまみの盛り合わせです。
揚げ物は無く思ったよりも軽め。
■グーストピッツァ
モッツァレラとトマトソースをベースに吉田牧場のガチョカヴァッロチーズ、サラミやフレッシュトマトが載ったピッツァ。
生地は表面はカリッと、中はモチっと。
チーズの香りとトマトの味、風味が抜群です。
地元食材を使ったイタリアン。
いろいろ食べたいので大人数でシェアしながら食べるのも良いかも。
