好評価のお蕎麦屋さん。
休日の昼に初訪問。
一軒家のお店。テーブルと小上がり。
小上がりのちゃぶ台席になりました。
寄せ豆富 550円(税込) :
手作りと思われる大きな豆富。
滑らかな食感。
かつおぶし、ねぎ、しょうが、大葉のせ。
天ざる 1650円 :
蕎麦は北海道の新蕎麦。よく香ります。
天ぷらは、えび、野菜、キノコ。
キノコはオオシメジとニンギョウタケ。珍しい。
蕎麦湯はサラッとタイプ。
よく香るお蕎麦でした。
豆富、天ぷらもおいしかったです。
