今日のお昼は数年ぶりにいしはるｻﾝに訪問です
熱々の海老天が有名ですが、お昼時は行列できるほど並んでおられることが多いですね
14時を過ぎておりましたのですんなりと駐車場に停められました
接客は変わらず気持ちの良い対応で、席に着くとお冷やを直ぐ様提供して頂けます
今日は30℃近い蒸し暑い日となり、涼しさを求め、ざるうどんを注文するところですが、やはり海老天を食べたくなり肉天うどんを注文であります

☆肉天うどん
麺は手打ち太麺 程よいコシがあります 若干甘めの鰹出汁で塩加減は丁度良い塩梅 出汁も海老天に負けない位の熱々感 海老天はいつものようにパチパチと音を奏で、出汁に浸すとジューッと香ばしい香りと共に鰹出汁の風味が漂い熱々感を更に与えてくれます 浸す前に熱々の海老天を一噛り、サクッと衣の食感良し 肉は脂身の少ない牛モモ肉を使用され、甘辛く煮込まれた肉は程よい歯応えで、肉の旨味が出汁と合わさり更に美味しく頂けます その他の具材はワカメとネギ 熱くて丼を持てない程の熱々
老舗の熱々うどん、しっかりと堪能できました
