こちらの『みそかつ梅の木』さんは、岡山県倉敷市にあるとんかつ屋さん。

みそかつなのにみそかつらしくない口コミ写真のインパクトに興味をいだき訪問。
店内はほぼ満席で、あまり好きではない座敷席に案内。
本日は〘みそかつ定食¥1,200〙を注文。
『みそかつ梅の木』さんのみそかつは、カツが一般的なものとは全然違う。
細かい生パン粉を付けたヒレ肉を、油で揚げるのではなくオーブンで焼き上げるカツ。
見た目は、チキンナゲットと同じ感じだが、パン粉が付いているので、食感はナゲットではなくカツ。
みそダレは、みそかつで有名な名古屋などと同じく、赤味噌を使った甘めの味で、これをナゲットのようにディップしていただきます♪
見た目はナゲットだが、チキンではなく豚ヒレなので、食べごたえはしっかりあります。
油で揚げていないヒレ肉なので、自分にはもの足りないが油が苦手な方にはちょうど良いかも。
味噌汁には、うずらの卵が生で入っていて、味噌汁の熱で半熟になっている。
これはなかなか美味い♪
あっさりサッパリいただき完食。
美味しかったです。
