料理 理想超えの完璧な麺！食感というか歯触り、舌触り心地良くお気に入り。お出汁は普通に美味しいですが、それ以上に、この麺に面食らいました。f^_^;)

経緯 焼肉さくら目指したら11時半からだったので、2009年からブックマークのこちらへやっと訪問。
ひとりごと いや〜、凄い人気(@_@) 今回、やっとの初訪問を後悔。
こりゃ、まだまだ食べログは辞められない。(^^♪

注文 かけうどん330円、追加でざるうどん310円
料理 かけの出汁は、透明感のある塩味。で、ほっこりしていると、前回同様常連の皆さんの頼まれる、ざるうどんが気になる〜f^_^;)追加してしまいました。感想として、期待以上の甘味と胡麻風味、コクは少なめかな。麺は圧力鍋では無いらしいですか、不思議な仕上がりの食感です。
