美観地区を歩いていると、急にオシャレな道にはいりたまたまお店を見つけました。
予約はしてなかったのですが、タイミングよく入れました。
店内はとても綺麗で、オープンキッチンになっていて庭もあり、広すぎず居心地がいい空間です。
丁寧にメニューの説明をうけ、この日は1900円のコースにしました。
前菜、鯨のカルパッチョだったかな、、？
ドレッシングがとても美味しく、鯨特有の血なまぐささを見事に消していて美味しかったです。
パスタ。
これが、素晴らしくおいしかった。
トマトベースですが青紫蘇のジェノベーゼみたいなのがかかっていて、シソの香りが食欲をそそります。ここ最近食べたパスタの中で一番でした。
メインのお魚。
シンプルですがパリっと焼けていて普通に美味しくいただきました。
デザートはババロアだったかな。
これも普通に美味しかった。
ホールの女性スタッフもニコニコしながら、スピーディーにサラダを盛ったりバッシングしたり一人でホールを回されていました。
シェフも一人でキッチンをしてました。
料理は特に待つこともなくスピードも丁度よかったです。
ここはリピートしたいですね。
