GWも後半戦、10連休ではありませんがそれでも有り難い長期休暇です^^ 定点観測で美観地区を散策、流石に今日は驚くほどの人出、普段列びのない飲食店も大行列です！！ 事前予約でやって来たのは奈良萬の小路にあるペーシェルーナさん、美観地区では人気のイタリア料理店さんです。
今日は予約で満員御礼、飛び込みでは駄目でした^^; 木漏れ日が新緑を透かす窓際席に着きます。
注文はビアンコ コース（2000円）、最初にハムサラダがやって来ます。シンプルな構成、ちょっと酸味が強い印象です。前菜は帆立貝柱のマリネ 黄ニラドレッシング、大振りな帆立貝は食べごたえありますね、まったりした甘い味わいの黄ニラドレッシングが繊細な帆立を引き立てます！
パスタは鰆真子とスナップエンドウのオイルソース、どちらも旬の素材ですね、オリーブオイルがしっかり効いて見た目よりシャープな味わいでした。
メインはベジョータイベリコ豚肩ロースのモッツァレラグラタン、ベジョータ＝どんぐり、どんぐりを食べて育ったイベリア種ですから肉の味が濃い様な気がしますね ^^; ﾖｰﾜｶﾗﾝ!
モッツァレラチーズも加わって豪華な濃厚さ、これは好みの味わい、大量に食べたいです(・∀・)
食後にはアイスコーヒーを頂きながら暫しまったり．．．木漏れ日を眺めながらもう少しのんびりしましょ！
