食べログの評価も高く期待してうかがいました。
お店の雰囲気がとってもすてき。
和のイタリアンといった感じです。
今日は4000円のコースを予約しました。

お料理の説明を毎回してくださるのですが、声が小さ過ぎて、どのお料理も全てをききとれませんでした。
聞き直せばよかったのですが、それも申し訳ないような気がして...。
なので、以下の料理の説明は合ってないかもしれません。
白身魚のお料理はお魚がプリプリで、出汁の味がとても上品でお魚の味を引き立てていておいしかったです。
私はこれが1番好きでした。
カラスミは好きですが、菜の花だったかと思うのですが、野菜の量が多すぎて私はもう少し、シンプルにカラスミの味を味わいたかったです。
野菜とのバランスと味が少し濃すぎたのが残念でした。
パンは焼きたてもちもちでおいしかったです。
メインの牛タンはとても分厚くて良いお肉だと思いました。
マスタードソースはタンには合っていました。
デザートは和菓子が出てきて驚きました。
洋菓子より和菓子が好きなので嬉しかったです。
お味も見た目も大満足でした。
全体的にお上品なイタリアン。
お上品過ぎて、もう少しお料理や味付けで冒険があってもいいかなぁと思うのは私だけかな。
求め過ぎかなぁ。
