久方ぶりの「お好み焼き 蝦蟇」さん、ウィークデーの昼餉でお邪魔しました。この界隈では一二を争う人気のお好み焼き屋さんです。
正午頃でカウンター席端っこに滑り込みます！ テーブル席は満席、グループさんは外で待たれていました。
注文はそばモダン 大判（860円）、肉玉そばイカが入る定番メニューです。スタッフさんは全員女性、焼きが2名でフロアー1名です。大判は野菜がしっかり入って60円アップ、お得です。メリケン輪っかは普通、キャベツは細切りでしっかり高さが出ています。待つこと15分程で完成、カウンター席は鉄板で頂けます。
焼き上がってもしっかり高さがありますね、ネギも多いです。じっくり焼かれて素材の美味さと甘みが出ています。そばは細麺、細もやしも入っています。ソースは少なめなので揚げイカや揚げ玉の香ばしさをしっかり感じられました(*^^*)
レベルの高いお好み焼き、平日でも満員御礼、皆さん美味しいお店を良くご存知です！！
