この日はバイパスを倉敷へ移動中にランチタイムとなったので、気になってたお店に行ってきました。
お好み焼き 蝦蟇さんです(*'▽')
早島ICを倉敷方面に行くとあります。人気店なので開店早々に満席になりました。
お昼はセットメニューがあり、お好み焼きや焼きそばに、サラダかおにぎりが付きます。
今回はお好み焼きとサラダにしました。サラダは野菜好きには嬉しいですね。
お好み焼きは、広島スタイルです。そば入りでボリュームもあります。
外はカリッと、中はフワッとして焼き加減がいいです。そばのカリカリ感が好きです。
ソースは甘めでテーブルにマヨネーズなどあり、自分で味を変えれるのも嬉しいですね。
お好み焼きがとても美味しかったので、大満足のランチでした。
