倉敷市田の上にある、「高越製麵所」に行ってきました。こちらがお店。
いや～、実に何十年ぶりにきたでしょうか・・。たまたま、このあたりを通りかかって、思わず、来店してしまいました・・。
高校時代、よく通っていたこのお店。メチャメチャボリュームがあって、安い。まさに、「学生の味方」のお店だったんですよね・・。
製麺所がやっているお店だけあって、麺は美味しいのは当たり前なんですが、ホントそのボリュームに当時は、「大食いチャレンジ」的に「大盛り」を食べてた記憶が蘇ります・・。
早速、入店。以前と変わらず、お店は狭く、こじんまりとしています。カウンター席とテーブル席が2席。
当時を思い出して、「大盛り！」とも思いましたが、やはり、ここは、大人なしく、普通の「チャンポン焼き ４６０円」をオーダーです。
で、登場したのが、最初のフォトの「チャンポン焼き」。いわゆる「焼きそば」と「焼うどん」の「ミックス」なんですが、卵とキャベツともやし、それに甘目のソース（オタフクソースかな）で味付けされていて、当時の味そのままでした。いや～、懐かしくて美味しいなぁ～。食べやすく、麺がカットされているのもありがたいです。
「肉入り」は５０円増しですが、これで十分です。当時は、もっと安くて、これに、ラーメンの大盛りを頼んでいた思いが・・。麺の量が物凄くて、なかなか器の底が見えてこなかったように記憶しています・・。
久しぶりの思い出の味。当時はなかった「そばめし」ってメニューも気になったので、また、機会があったら、行ってみたいなぁ・・。
ウ、ウマ～なチャンポン焼きでした。ウマニッシモ！
