8月も後半になって暑さがぶり返してきましたね、気温36℃中を覚束ない足取りでランチに伺ったのは倉敷市田の上の「高越製麺所」さん、製麺所と店舗が一体になったような外観．．．風情ありますね^^
店内も予想通り昭和の雰囲気、簡素ながら温かい空気が全体に漂っています。11時台でしたがどんどんお客さん入って来られます．．．皆さん、高校野球を眺めながら緩んだ空気に浸っておられます．．．
注文は塩焼きそば（490円）、待つこと10分弱でやって来ました。ソース掛かっていないのでそば本来の色がいい感じです。
味付けは塩コショウとシンプル、そばは中太ストレートで丈は短め、具材（豚バラ・キャベツ・もやし・玉ねぎ）の味が染み出して渾然一体、若干塩のきつさを感じるシーンもありましたが最後まで美味しく頂きました(・∀・)
