ここ一年ほどの間に、近場の製麺所数件で食べるタイミングがあって。
製麺所のイメージを勘違いしてたのだと気づいた。
讃岐うどんブームのころの、伝説の製麺所の印象が強烈だったので、なんとなく、サービスは悪いがとても美味しい麺料理が食べられるところだと思いこんでた。
うどん県でなくても、意外と自家製麺を食べさせてくれる製麺所は多いみたいで(製麺所という名が付くうどん屋は除く)。家の近所でもGooleMapで探せば、軽く5～6件引っかかってくる。
ただ、本来製造業の製麺所で「その場で食べさせてくれる」こと自体が特別なサービスだと思っておいたほうが良い。ご近所や得意先との付き合いとか。経営的に現金収入も必要だし。
何が言いたいかというと、ようするに、味はそんなに期待してはイカン、ということ。
ざるとか、釜揚げとか、麺自体の味がわかる料理で、たまたま美味かったらめっけ物、ぐらいに考えておいた方が良いよな～。
うん、写真の様な炒め麺だの、具が満載の麺料理などを注文する方が間違ってました。
ちなみに、高越製麺所は、狭いけど、従業員さんたちはとても愛想がいい、感じの良いところでした。昼飯時前なのに、ずーっと待ち行列出来てましたし。
