追加料金なしでめんつゆにうずらの生卵ほかトッピングが付いてくる。

駐車場が広く入り口が多いので入りやすい。
和風の建物の中を通り抜けるさわやかな風が心地良いがすぐ隣は大きな国道で車通りが激しいしJFEも遠くないのでおそらく空気は良くないだろう。それでも店内は確かに爽やかだった。雰囲気が良い。
レジ前に無料のお土産天かすが2袋あった。
■釜揚げうどん¥400
事前に時間がかかる旨を伝えられていたが注文から17分で着丼。寛げたので自分的にはまつたく構わないが時間の無い方は避けるが吉。
桶に入ったうどんとウズラの生卵入りおつゆ、ネギ、ごま、生姜が届く。
注文時にうずらの生卵をつゆに入れていいかを尋ねられて知ったがトッピングが豪華。400円でこれは嬉しい。
うどんは熱々ではない。丸亀製麺の釜揚げに慣れていると物足りないぬるさだ。これはこれで美味しいが。
食べすすめていくうちに不思議な気持ちになっていった。覚えがある味だなと。ぬるめの麺に甘めのつゆに生卵、ネギ、生姜、ごま……
まるぶのぶっかけうどんだ。口の中が。まるぶ。ぶっかけていないし事前に混ぜ込んでいないし天かすもないけれども口の中はまるぶだった。面白い。
これは岡山の、倉敷特有の味なのだろうか？興味深い。
