Today is my first visit to a restaurant that is located a 3-minute walk from the hotel where I will be staying after making a reservation. I've always been curious about the signboard visible from the hotel. When I entered the store, I was guided to a private room with a tatami room and a table. It's nice to have a private room where you can eat slowly. Now, since I only reserved a seat, I first checked the menu, then ordered a few items such as sashimi and Fried food. And of course, you can't miss the draft beer. Shortly after ordering, draft beer and appetizers are on the table. The appetizers looked delicious, typical of a Japanese restaurant, but personally, the peanuts were my favorite. Next, the sashimi was arranged on the table and eaten, all of which were fresh, odorless, and perfectly chewy. So, I decided to have some sake and asked the staff about the Junmai sake they recommended, and they brought me three types of Junmai sake and explained them to me. I had heard about the brand, but I forgot (^^;) I enjoyed the sashimi and sea urchin while drinking the recommended sake. Sake goes well with Japanese Japanese-style meal. Next, you can choose from several Fried food foods, such as Tempura of conger conger, a seasonal fish in summer. The conger conger Tempura goes perfectly with the sourness of the plum meat and the steamy conger conger, and personally, I think it's best served with salt. The texture of the fried puffer fish was a little different than I expected, perhaps because it was small, but the kakiage of corn and shrimp was crispy and had a nice aroma and flavor with the sweetness of the corn and the flavor of the shrimp. The charcoal-grilled gamecock was a little different from what I expected, so I didn't like it, but I wonder if gamecock has this kind of texture in the first place? To cleanse my palate, I had the mentaiko soup roll, and after the fluffy and soft aroma of the soup passed through my nostrils, it had a slight tingle that matched the mentaiko and was delicious. To finish, stir in the seaweed chazuke. I am full. Although there were some things I didn't like, I was satisfied with the content. After paying the bill, I left the store. Thank you for the meal.
