岡山出張の飛行機までの間の時間にてさっと利用。倉敷で1時間ほど時間があったので、駅近くに見つけたこちらのお店へ。
カウンターに案内され、ビールで乾杯し以下を注文。
・太刀魚刺身 900円
・サワラの刺身
お刺身を2種類注文したのですが、とっても綺麗に盛り付けて提供いただきビックリ！！目でも楽しみ、とっても新鮮なお魚はもちろん美味しくて、お酒にぴったりです。
・旬の握り 800円
日によって異なるようです。太刀魚、穴子などの旬のお寿司です。シャリが程よく、魚は大きくとっても美味しい！！
45分ほどの滞在だったので、今回はゆっくり堪能する間も無く終了でしたが、短時間でとても満足でした。
また、機会あれば是非、次回はもう少しゆっくり堪能したいと思います。
