打ち合わせ前の腹拵えで訪れたのは沖新町の「チャイナダイニング 琥珀」さん、幹線道路沿いの立地で駐車場は店前に4台、10年ほど前に一度昼餉でお邪魔しています！
店内はテーブル席と小上がり席、小上がり席は掘りごたつ式になっており足元楽ちん、シンプルな内装で大陸系中華料理店とは一線を画しています。
注文は「担々麺ランチ（800円）」、待つこと10分少々で配膳、メインの他にご飯（小椀）・小鉢3品・サラダ・ザーサイが付いてきます！
担々麺は日式ですが花椒と香草（八角？）が仄かに香ってきますね、スープは胡麻が溶け込んで濃厚な味わい、花椒は少なめで咽ることはありません。麺は中細ストレートで加水率低め、胡麻スープを口元まで運んでくれます。ひき肉は粗目で粒が大きく食感を楽しめます。他の具材は青菜ともやしです。全般辛さも控えめで食べやすい担々麺ですね！
ご飯＆おかず3品＆サラダが付いて800円はリーズナブル、次回は八宝菜を頂きましょう(*^^*)
