倉敷に長期出張しています。
夕飯はほとんど外食なので近くのお店を巡っています。今日は車井戸さんに伺いまさした。
ちくわ天が大好きなのと、とり天が美味しい聞いたので、かけうどんにちくわ天、とり天を注文しました。
麺は柔らかめで、塩味もある出汁は讃岐と言うよりは関西風のうどんという印象でしょうか。とり天美味いですね。ちくわ天もとても上品です。
