場所は、中庄駅と倉敷市駅の間くらいで中庄寄りです。
駅からは南西に徒歩15分くらいかな。
美観地区からも歩いてもその程度だと思います。
並びはラーメン屋と洋食屋。
グーグルマップでは裏からの案内になりますが、車は入れませんので、前の大通りからになります。
駐車場は充分ありました。
日曜の18時過ぎで１０組待ち。人気店ですね。
大手でもよく見るタッチパネル受付ですが、注文は中の人に直接言うか、備え付けの紙に書いて渡します。
会計も声をかけて皿をカウントしてもらって、レジで精算でした。
ご飯はロボで握っており、米粒は硬めでした。
味付けも握り具合もまあ普通。
お茶は粉を入れてお湯を入れるセルフ式。
種の質は中程度。
ウニは苦味臭みあり残念。
シマアジ、イカも旨味や香り薄かった。
サバはまあまあ。
マグロはぼちぼち。
醤油はテーブルに３種類ありました。
生姜とワサビはスーパーと同程度の質。
価格は大手と比べると少し高めですね。
１７皿で７６００円ほどでした。
