The food was delicious, including straw-grilled mackerel, shabu shabu shabu-shabu, and bagna cauda. However, water and towels never come out, they can't tell you the type of fish on the sashimi platter, and they forget to order. As for the customer service itself, everyone was soft-spoken and had a smile on their faces, and I could tell they were doing their best despite their busy schedules. It's a shame as I was looking forward to visiting this restaurant from Hokkaido as it served delicious mackerel dishes. It is the store owner's fault for not being able to train the staff. I want you to reflect on this. But again, the food was delicious. So I thought it was even more of a waste.
