■忘備録■
■倉敷・香川旅行①〜旅の始めはうどんから
昨年のレビューになります。
早朝、空路で岡山。
岡山空港からJRで倉敷駅までやって来ました。
目的地は倉敷美観地区。
JR倉敷駅から徒歩で約10分強です。
美しい景観が広がる倉敷川沿いに「倉敷美観地区」がありました。
白壁の蔵屋敷、なまこ壁、柳並木などの趣のある景観に酔いしれます。
町歩きが楽しい地区ですが、
お腹が。。。
実は、朝から殆ど口に入れていない。
四国に渡ってからうどん三昧と思っていましたが、
「倉敷名物ぶっかけうどん」の看板が気になって、
１食目から「うどん」になりました。
この時期、
もう直ぐ10月に突入しようと言うのにまだ暑く、
堪らず、冷たいうどんを選択しました。
■本日の注文
・ぶっかけ＠750～倉敷名物ぶっかけうどん
・梅おろし＠850～紀州梅使用
「倉敷名物ぶっかけうどん」
中央のダイコンおろしの上にウズラの卵、おろしショウガ。
カツオ節、刻み海苔、カマボコ、葱もトッピング。
ぶっかけのツユは、みりんのみで甘さを出しているとのこと。
冷たいうどんなので腰があって美味しい。
「梅おろし」
紀州梅使用の表記が気になって注文。
あごだしは結構薄めで、梅の酸味で頂くうどんでした。
一杯目としては変化球だったかなぁって言うのが反省点でした。
