倉敷名物ぶっかけうどんで有名なふるいちさんです！
お土産セット(半生)をいただきました。
◆ぶっかけうどん
説明を読んでみると、茹で時間は10～12分。
硬さはお好みで加減して下さいって書いてあります。
10分も茹でちゃ～茹で過ぎです。
5分強くらいで、好みの硬さになりました。
温かいぶっかけで食べました。
やっぱり、麺が一味違うコクのある美味しさでした。
タレも美味しかったです。
ハマリました♪
さすが、ふるいちさんです！
家で自分の好みの硬さに茹でて食べるのもよいものです。
これなら、取り寄せしても良いと思える商品です。
